Online Returns in Sotogrande: Your DHL, UPS & Correos Guide

We’ve all been there.

You order something online, it arrives, and it’s just not quite right. Maybe it’s the wrong size, the wrong colour or simply not what you expected.

Unfortunately, returning it isn’t always as easy as buying it.

Depending on the retailer, you might need to print a return label, find a specific drop-off point or wait at home for a courier during a collection window.

At Collect Corner, we make the process simple.

Returning a Parcel with a DHL Label

Everyone is welcome to use our DHL return service – you don’t need to be a Collect Corner customer.

Please bring your parcel with the DHL return label already printed and securely attached.

If you don’t have access to a printer, simply email or WhatsApp your return label to us before you visit and we’ll be happy to help.

Our charges are:

  • Printing your return label: €1.00
  • Attaching your return label: €0.50

These charges apply to all customers.

Additional Return Services for Collect Corner Customers

If you’re a registered Collect Corner customer, we can also process:

  • UPS return labels
  • Correos return labels (provided the label includes both the sender’s and recipient’s details. Unfortunately, we can’t accept barcode-only labels, such as some generated through Vinted.)
  • Retailer-arranged courier collections

Many retailers in Spain now offer collection services instead of asking you to take your parcel to a drop-off point.

This includes retailers such as Amazon, Zara, El Corte Inglés, Zalando, Mango, H&M, Dyson and many others.

These collections are carried out by a variety of courier companies, most commonly Ontime, SEUR and GLS, all of which collect returns from Collect Corner on a daily basis.

Although collections usually take place within a three-day collection window, you’re rarely told the exact day or time the courier will arrive.

Instead of waiting at home or trying to find a designated drop-off point, simply leave your parcel with us.

We’ll keep it safe until the courier arrives and let you know once it has been collected.

Please note: For Collect Corner customers, returning a parcel counts as one parcel movement, just like receiving a parcel. Each monthly and annual plan includes a specific number of parcel movements, which can be used for both incoming deliveries and returns.

If you’re not a Collect Corner customer and need us to manage a return other than DHL, we can still help using the reverse of our Single Parcel Service for €10 per item.

Once payment has been made, we’ll provide our return address and guide you through the rest of the process.

Before You Bring Your Return

Before visiting us, please remember to:

  • Pack your item securely.
  • Remove or cover any old shipping labels and barcodes.
  • Print and attach your return label.
  • If you don’t have access to a printer, email or WhatsApp your label to us before you visit and we’ll print it (€1) and attach it to your parcel (€0.50).
  • If you’re unsure which return method your retailer uses, send us the return instructions first and we’ll be happy to advise.

Do I need to be a Collect Corner customer to return a parcel with a DHL label?

No. Anyone can use our DHL return service.

Can you accept my Correos return?

Yes, if you’re a registered Collect Corner customer and your Correos return label includes both the sender’s and recipient’s details.

Unfortunately, we can’t accept barcode-only labels, such as some generated through Vinted.

Can I leave my parcel with you for a courier collection?

Yes.

Registered Collect Corner customers can leave retailer returns with us for courier collection.

Many retailers, including Amazon, Zara, El Corte Inglés, Zalando, Mango, H&M, Dyson and many others, offer this service.

Can I buy packaging?

Yes. We stock a range of boxes, mailing bags and packing tape. Packaging is available from €2, and packing tape from €2.

I’m not sure how my retailer wants me to return my parcel. Can you help?

Of course. Simply send us the return instructions before visiting and we’ll be happy to advise on the easiest option.

Can I return more than one parcel?

Absolutely. We’ll be happy to advise on the most suitable return option depending on the retailer and courier.
