Key Service Rules (Summary)
Before using Collect Corner services, please note the following key rules:
- Customers must register and provide identification before their first delivery.
- The Collect Corner address can only be used by registered customers with an active service or prepaid one-off service.
- Single Parcel services must be prepaid (€10).
- Each box, envelope, or return shipment counts as one parcel movement, even if it forms part of the same order.
- Storage periods depend on the service purchased. XL items can remain for a maximum of 7 days.
- Parcels remaining in our premises without the payment of storage fees for more than 31 days will be considered abandoned.
- Collect Corner will refuse deliveries that are unsafe, oversized, prohibited, or addressed to unregistered names.
- Our address cannot be used as a registered business address, fiscal address, or company headquarters.

1. General Information
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the parcel and post reception
services provided by Collect Corner SL (“Collect Corner”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
1.2 By subscribing to or using Collect Corner services, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services and Usage
2.1 Service Description
Collect Corner provides personal and business subscription-based services allowing
clients to ship parcels and letters to the Collect Corner address and collect them during opening hours.
2.2 Service Plans
Personal services include:
- Single Parcel – €10 per item
- 30 Day Light Plan – €15 (up to 5 parcel movements)
- 30 Day Standard Plan – €30 (up to 15 parcel movements)
- 30 Day Plus Plan – €50 (up to 50 parcel movements)
- Annual Plan – €250 (up to 250 parcel movements)
Post Only services include:
- 30 Day Post Plan – €20 (up to 15 letters)
- Annual Post Plan – €120 (up to 150 letters)
Business services include:
- Business Single Parcel – €20 per item
- 30 Day Business Plan – €25 (up to 5 parcel movements)
- Annual Business Plan – €500 (up to 300 parcel movements)
Collect Corner reserves the right to cancel personal subscriptions that appear to be
used for commercial purposes.
2.3 Subscription and Renewals
Subscriptions may be purchased on a monthly or annual basis and renew
automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.
Clients may cancel recurring payments before renewal. No refunds are provided for
partially used subscription periods.
2.4 Parcel Movements
A parcel movement is counted each time Collect Corner handles an item on behalf of the client and includes:

- one parcel received
- one letter received
- one return shipment dropped off
Each item handled counts as one parcel movement.
2.5 Additional Parcel Movements
If the included allowance is exceeded, additional parcel movements are charged at
renewal date (monthly or annual) as follows:
- 30 Day Light Plan – €3 per item
- 30 Day Standard Plan – €2 per item
- 30 Day Plus Plan – €1 per item
- Annual Plan – €1 per item
- 30 Day Business Plan – €5 per item
- Annual Business Plan – €3 per item
Multi-parcel packs may be pre-purchased for annual clients at the same rate.
2.6 Household Use
Personal subscriptions can be shared by up to two members of the same household (two names total).
Both names must be registered with Collect Corner before parcels or letters are received. Any parcels received for unregistered family members will be charged at €15 per item.
Annual personal plans can add one additional household member for €100 per year, however the parcel allowance remains unchanged.
2.7 Business Accounts
Business subscriptions are for professional use only. Only parcels addressed to the
registered business will be accepted.
Employees wishing to receive personal deliveries must subscribe to personal plans
separately.
2.8 Packaging and Labelling
Clients and courier companies are responsible for ensuring parcels are securely packaged and correctly labelled with the Collect Corner delivery address and tracking information.
2.9 Size and Delivery Limits
Parcels larger than 1 metre wide or 2 metres high must require prior approval.
Collect Corner services are designed for standard parcel and letter deliveries. Bulk shipments or freight deliveries will require prior agreement.
2.10 Prepaid Services and Address Use
Single Parcel services must be purchased in advance (€10 per item).
If a parcel arrives without prepayment, the charge will be €15 per item before release.
The Collect Corner address can only be used by registered customers with an active service or prepaid one-off service.
Parcels addressed to unregistered names may be refused or returned.
2.11 One-Off (Single Parcel) Service
The Single Parcel service allows reception of one item only, defined as one box or one envelope.
Each parcel delivered counts as one item, even if part of the same order.
If a supplier splits an order into multiple parcels, each parcel will be charged
individually.
2.12 Refused Deliveries
Collect Corner reserves the right to refuse deliveries that are unsafe, prohibited, excessively large, or addressed to unregistered names.
2.13 Courier Deliveries
Collect Corner is only responsible for parcels physically received and registered by staff during opening hours.
Parcels left outside the premises or incorrectly marked as delivered by courier companies remain the responsibility of the courier.
Please note that all deliveries must be done by courier companies. We do not accept any personal drop offs.
2.14 Damaged Deliveries
Collect Corner may visually inspect parcels upon delivery and may refuse parcels that appear damaged, leaking, or unsafe.
2.15 Parcel Tracking and Enquiries
Collect Corner’s service consists of receiving parcels and notifying customers by email once items arrive. Clients may request a personal WhatsApp message for specific deliveries. These will be done manually by our team and charged at €3 per parcel.
Customers must track shipments directly with the courier company.
Administrative assistance with tracking enquiries is available at €10 per request.
3. Parcel Collection and Identification
3.1 Parcel Collection
Customers receive a QR code notification by email when parcels are registered, which is required for collection.
3.2 Third-Party Collection
Customers may pass such QR code for third-party collection at their risk. Customers must notify Collect Corner if another person collects on their behalf without the QR code. We will require the name of the person collecting and we’ll verify their ID.
3.3 Refusal of Release
Collect Corner may refuse parcel release if identification or authorisation is insufficient.
3.4 Customer Identification
Valid identification is required before the first delivery is accepted.
Identification may be provided:
- in person
- via WhatsApp or email photograph
The name on the parcel must match a registered name on the account.
3.5 Packaging Disposal
Collect Corner does not dispose of customer packaging or cardboard boxes.
Customers may open parcels on the premises but must remove and dispose of
packaging materials appropriately.
3.6 Heavy Items
Customers ordering heavy items must be prepared to collect and carry their items.
Collect Corner staff may assist with items up to 20kg.
A cart is available for customer use.
Collect Corner can recommend independent transport companies, which customers must contract directly.
4. Liability
4.1 Collect Corner will exercise reasonable care in safeguarding parcels.
4.2 Collect Corner is not responsible for loss or damage during transit.
4.3 Items valued above €2,000 must be declared to us.
4.4 Premises are monitored by 24-hour CCTV surveillance.
5. Storage and Collection Period
5.1 Standard Items
- Single Parcel — 10 days
- Monthly / Annual Plans — 30 days
5.2 Outsize items
Outsized items (that cannot be shelved) can remain for a maximum of 7 days.
Storage fees apply thereafter starting from €20 per week depending on size.
5.3 Expired Subscriptions
Collect Corner may refuse deliveries if subscriptions expire. In the case of non-refusal, a €15 charge per item will apply.
5.4 Abandoned Parcels
Parcels uncollected for more than 31 days without the payment of storage fees will be considered abandoned and will be disposed of.
6. Prohibited and High-Value Items
Hazardous materials, illegal substances, perishable goods, live animals, and dangerous goods are prohibited.
High-value items such as watches, jewellery or precious metals should not be shipped without prior agreement.
Items valued above €2,000 must be declared to us, so we can notify our insurance company (additional charges may apply).
7. Post Only Services
Post Only plans allow reception of letters and envelopes only.
If parcels arrive under a Post Only plan, a €10 charge per parcel will apply.
8. Key Holding Services
Collect Corner offers key holding services.
Keys may be safely stored at our premises and collected by the customer or an
authorised person upon presentation of the valid QR code or identification.
Collection during normal opening hours is included in the service.
For collections outside normal opening hours, the following call-out charges apply:
- €50 between 19:00 and 22:00 on weekdays
- €100 at all other times
Collect Corner requests advance notice for out-of-hours collections.
9. DHL Service Point
Collect Corner operates as a DHL Service Point and assists customers in creating shipments and handing parcels over to DHL.
Customers contract directly with DHL, and shipments are governed by DHL’s Terms and Conditions.
Collect Corner does not operate DHL systems or manage shipments once they have been handed to DHL.
Customers must track shipments directly with DHL.
9.1 Shipment Inspection and Compliance
Parcels presented for shipment may be opened for inspection prior to acceptance.
Shipments will be scanned at DHL processing facilities locally and in Seville.
If prohibited or illegal items are discovered, they will be reported to and handed over to the appropriate Spanish authorities by DHL.
Collect Corner will provide CCTV footage to DHL or law enforcement authorities if
requested.
9.2 Packaging Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring parcels are properly packaged for transport.
Collect Corner may refuse parcels that are insufficiently packaged.
Damage caused by inadequate packaging remains the responsibility of the sender.
10. Printing and Scanning Services
Collect Corner offers printing and scanning services:
- Printing (A4) – €1 per page
- Scanning – €2 per page
Printed labels are included for DHL shipments created in-store by our team.
For courier returns where customers do not bring a printed label, printing will be charged at the standard rate.
Tape and plastic pouches are available for purchase if required.
11. Privacy and Data Protection
Customer information will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
12. Amendments and Termination
Collect Corner reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, with jurisdiction in the courts of Cádiz.
