Receive one parcel or letter at Collect Corner Sotogrande.
This service is ideal for customers who only need occasional parcel reception or a one-off delivery.
In order for your item to be accepted and registered in our system, this service must be purchased in advance.
Multiple deliveries will incur additional charges. The “Single Package” service includes the receipt of one parcel or envelope only. If your order may be split into multiple shipments, we recommend selecting our Light Monthly Plan (up to 5 packages for €15).
This service also supports returns, provided the seller offers collection from our address.
Storage
- Standard items: 10 days storage
- XL items: 7 days storage
After this period, storage fees will apply.
Oversized items may be accepted, however additional handling charges may apply depending on size.
To use this service, you will be required to provide a photo of a valid ID document. Our team will request this via WhatsApp or email.
