One Parcel

Delivery of one item.

If you only need to receive an item, you can now do so at Collect Corner Sotogrande. Whether it’s a letter, an important document (such as a passport) or a piece of furniture, we can help you.

In order for your parcel to be accepted and scanned into our system, you need to arrange everything with us in advance. Please do not send any items until we have provided you with the correct postal address via WhatsApp.

Items can stay with us free of charge for 10 days, and storage fees will apply. XL items can stay with us for 7 days before we apply such charges.

Please note that split deliveries will trigger additional charges. This service allows for 1 box / envelope. If your order is or could be split, consider upgrading our 30 day plan which allows you to receive/return up to 15 parcels over 30 days (price €30) and an annual plan that allows you to receive/return up to 250 items for €250 (€20/month in a single payment in advance).

The ‘one parcel’ service also allows you to make returns (valid for returning an item to a seller who offers a collection service). Please contact our team so that we can help you.
