Whilst many homes now benefit from fibre broadband, others — particularly country properties, hillside villas and some urbanisations — can still experience unreliable connections. For anyone working from home, managing a business or simply trying to stream a film without buffering, it can become a daily frustration.

Collect Corner provides a secure delivery address in Sotogrande, allowing us to receive your Starlink equipment safely on your behalf. As soon as it arrives, we’ll notify you by email and send you a QR code so your parcel is ready for collection.

It’s particularly useful if:

  • You’re still abroad when your order is delivered.
  • Your property is unoccupied for part of the year.
  • You have a difficult address for couriers to find.
  • You don’t want valuable equipment left unattended.
  • You’re renovating or preparing a property before moving in.

Important: Starlink Orders May Arrive in More Than One Parcel

Our €10 Single Parcel Service covers one parcel only.

From our experience, Starlink orders are sometimes dispatched in more than one box, particularly if you’ve ordered accessories or additional equipment. These parcels may also arrive on different days.

If you choose the €10 Single Parcel Service, any additional boxes received will be charged separately at our standard one-off parcel rate.

To avoid any surprises, many customers prefer our Monthly Light Plan (€15), which includes up to 5 parcel movements over a 30-day period. However, you’re equally welcome to use our Single Parcel Service if you’re happy to pay separately for any additional parcels that may arrive.

How Long Can Collect Corner Hold My Starlink Delivery?

There is also a difference in how long we can hold your parcels before storage charges apply.

  • Single Parcel Service (€10): Your parcel can be collected within 10 days of arrival. After this period, storage charges of €10 per parcel, per week (or part thereof) apply.
  • Monthly Light Plan (€15): You can collect your parcels at any point during your 30-day plan. Once the plan expires, any parcels still awaiting collection are subject to storage charges of €10 per parcel, per week (or part thereof).

If you’re ordering Starlink before arriving in Spain, expect your order to be split across multiple deliveries, or simply need a little more flexibility, the Monthly Light Plan is often the most convenient option.

How It Works

Getting your Starlink delivered to Collect Corner is simple:

  1. Purchase the parcel plan that best suits your order.
  2. We’ll send you our delivery address once your plan has been set up.
  3. Send us a copy of the recipient’s photo ID so we can accept parcels on your behalf.
  4. We’ll notify you by email as soon as your Starlink arrives, together with a QR code for quick and easy collection.

If someone else is collecting your order, they can simply present your QR code. We also appreciate a quick WhatsApp message to let us know in advance.

Our opening hours are:

  • Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 7:00pm
  • Saturday: 9:00am – 2:00pm

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I order Starlink before arriving in Spain?

Yes. If you’re planning a trip to Sotogrande or the surrounding area, we recommend placing your Starlink order around a week before you arrive.

This helps ensure your equipment is ready for collection shortly after you get here whilst avoiding unnecessary storage charges if there are any courier delays.

Can Collect Corner Help Me Return My Starlink Equipment?

Yes.

If you have a Monthly Plan, we can process your Starlink return using one of the parcel movements included in your plan.

If you’ve used our Single Parcel Service, returns are also possible, with our standard €10 per parcel fee applying.

For our registered customers, we can process returns using DHL, UPS and Correos return labels. We can also assist with returns where the retailer provides a courier collection service, which is offered by many major retailers.

Can Someone Else Collect My Starlink Order?

Yes. They simply need to present your QR code when collecting. We also appreciate a quick WhatsApp message letting us know in advance.

Do I Need to Use My Own Name When Ordering?

Yes. The recipient’s name on the Starlink order must match the name registered with Collect Corner.
