Typically, customs will require:

  • A NIE
  • Proof of purchase
  • Proof of payment

This is a virtual service, which means we can support anyone within Spain, not just customers based in Sotogrande. The parcel will still be delivered to the address you provided — our involvement is purely to assist with customs clearance.
