We are delighted to offer Amazon returns for registered Collect Corner subscribers. Instead of having to take your returns to random pick up points, our customers can just drop them off at Collect Corner and move on with their day.
Amazon offers a ‘Collection’ service, called Recogida in Spanish, whereby you select the items you want to return, package them and just bring to Collect Corner in Sotogrande. The assigned courier will then bring the label and collect it from Collect Corner.
We do not charge for this service – but retailers do. Amazon sometimes offers this free of charge, but usually there is a token charge of a few euros, deducted from your refund.
Other retailers offer a similar service – all the Zara brands, El Corte Ingles, Zalando and many more. When you process your return with the retailer, you just need to choose the collection option.
There is a charge of 1 Euro if a label needs to be printed.
Collect Corner takes DHL returns free of charge for non customers as well, provided they have a label provided for the retailer.
