Assistance with your passport application
If you require assistance completing your UK passport application, our team can happy to help. We charge 50 Euros for this service for a standard renewal or new passport. Extra fees apply for non standard situations such as name change.
For clients visiting us in person in Sotogrande, we can process everything in store via appointment or via the phone.
For clients requiring our UK Passport Assistance services elsewhere, we apply a 25 Euro admin fee, as we will assist you with the sending of your old passport by locating a local DHL Service Point and ensuring they have all the required information to process the shipment. Remote clients will have to physically visit the DHL Servicepoint (anywhere in Spain or in Europe), whereas we can process the shipment directly from Sotogrande for those who live within our post code.
Current HM Passport fees (with delivery outside the UK) costs 127.86 GBP. We will require your credit card details and be live on the phone with you so we can process this payment and you can authorise the charge via your banking app.
UK Passport Renewals from Spain
The HM Passport Office in the UK requires your documents to be sent recorded and sent via DHL Express to the UK. When you apply for your new passport, you will be provided with an address and a PEX code, unique to your application, which needs to be included in your label.
Application processing times vary, but currently our clients are receiving their passports within 2-3 weeks.
HM Passport Office works exclusively with DHL to ship your passport to Spain/Rest of Europe and your supporting documents.
Currently, the cost of sending an envelope from Spain to the United Kingdom with DHL Express is 51 Euros.
Receiving your passport at Collect Corner Sotogrande
When you apply for your new passport, you will need to provide an address where your documents will be sent to.
If you would like complete peace of mind (and are not sure if you will be home on the exact day and time of delivery), you can purchase a one-off delivery at Collect Corner and have your passport safely sent to our address in Sotogrande.
The cost of a one off delivery to Collect Corner costs 10 Euros. Please note that if you are applying for a UK passport, 2 deliveries will be required as HM Passport Office sends you your passport first and then your old passport and supporting documents at a later date.

Sending documents from Spain to any passport office
As a DHL Service Point, we can send documents and parcels from Sotogrande to anywhere in the world with DHL. Please note that DHL does not deliver to PO Boxes.
We also offer alternative less expensive posting and shipping options (with other carriers) exclusively to Collect Corner subscribers. DHL Services are available without restriction.
