When you place your keys with Collect Corner, we hold them securely in a safe location for 30 days, or longer depending on your subscription plan. During that time, keys can be made available to:

For clients who rent out their properties on Airbnb, guests can also collect keys directly from Collect Corner — making arrivals smoother and more flexible.
Secure Access Using a Unique QR Code
Once your keys are placed with us, you’ll be sent a unique QR code. This can be shared with the person you’d like to collect your keys.
All we ask is that you let us know in writing via WhatsApp or email who is authorised to collect them. This keeps everything secure, traceable, and under your control at all times.
Keys can be collected free of charge during our opening hours, and for added convenience, you can even arrange for Soto Eats to pick them up and deliver them wherever they’re needed — perfect for trades, guests, or last-minute access.
We understand that emergencies don’t stick to office hours, which is why keys can also be made available 24/7. For collections outside opening hours, a call-out charge applies:
- €50: weekdays 7pm–11pm and Saturdays 2pm–11pm (Soto Eats can assist during these times)
- €100: weekdays 11pm–9am and all day Sundays
This way, whether it’s a routine pick-up or an urgent situation, access to your property is always secure and available when you need it.
Please note that keyholding and emergency access is a monthly subscription, and you will be charged monthly. We also offer an annual plan, which provides a significant saving for those who want long-term peace of mind.
