Keep Your Keys Safe in Sotogrande
With Collect Corner’s keyholding service, you can leave your property keys with us in a safe place and request them whenever you, your guests, tradespeople or someone you’ve designated needs access.
We’ll provide you with a unique QR code that you can pass to the person collecting the keys. Just let us know in writing via WhatsApp or email who you’ve authorised to collect them.
It means you don’t have to be in Spain every time someone needs access to your property.
Handy for Holiday Homes and Airbnb Properties
If you have a holiday home in Sotogrande, this can be particularly useful.
Your guests can collect the keys directly from Collect Corner when they arrive, while cleaners, maintenance teams or tradespeople can also collect them when needed.
You can even arrange for Soto Eats to collect the keys and take them wherever they need to go, making things even easier when you’re not nearby.
What If You Need the Keys Outside Opening Hours?
Because we know emergencies don’t always happen between 9 and 5, keys can be made available 24/7.
During normal opening hours, key collection is free.
For collections outside opening hours, a call-out charge applies:
- €50 between 7pm–11pm on weekdays and 2pm–11pm on Saturdays
- €100 between 11pm–9am and all day Sundays

Keyholding Plans
You can choose the option that works best for you:
30-Day Keyholding – €25/month
A flexible option if you only need keyholding for a shorter period or prefer to pay monthly.
365-Day Keyholding – €200/year
A full year of keyholding with a significant saving compared with paying monthly.
Both options allow your keys to be made available to you, your guests, tradespeople or anyone you authorise.
A valid photo ID is required to use the service. Our team will request this via WhatsApp or email.
