This service is ideal for customers who expect regular post but no parcels.
Household Use
Accounts can be shared by up to two members of the same household (two names total).
Both names must be pre-registered in our system before letters are received.
Storage
Letters are stored for 30 days. After this period, storage fees will apply.
Important
This service is for letters and standard post only.
If a parcel arrives under a Post Only plan, the applicable parcel reception fee will apply.
To use this service, you will be required to provide a photo of a valid ID document. Our team will request this via WhatsApp or email.
