Household Use
Accounts can be shared by up to two members of the same household (two names total).
Both names must be pre-registered in our system before parcels or letters are received.
Additional Parcel Movements
Additional parcel movements are charged at €2 per item.
Storage
- Standard items: 30 days storage or until the date of plan renewal
- XL items: 7 days storage
After this period, storage fees will apply.
To use this service, you will be required to provide a photo of a valid ID document. Our team will request this via WhatsApp or email.
