Key holding 30 days

We will hold the keys of your property for 30 days in a safe place and upon request make them available to you, visiting guests, tradesmen or anyone you designate. For those clients who rent out their properties on Airbnb, your guests can also pick them up from Collect Corner.

When you place your keys with us, you will be sent a unique QR code which you will be able to pass on to the person you’d like to collect your key (and let us know in writing via WhatsApp or Email).

Keys can be collected free of charge during our opening hours (and you can even send Soto Eats to pick them up and take them to where you need the keys to be).

We understand that emergencies happen at any time and will make the keys available to you 24/7. 

For pick up outside of our opening hours, a call out charge will apply as follows:

• between 7pm and 11pm on weekdays and between 2pm and 11pm on Saturdays, a call out charge of €50 will apply (SotoEats can also help during these hours).
• between 11pm and 9am and all day Sundays, a call out charge of €100 will apply.

Please note that this is a monthly subscription, and you will be charged monthly. We also offer an annual plan which offers a significant saving.
