Our goal at Collect Corner Sotogrande is to make life as simple as possible – so you can enjoy your time in the area and leave the rest to us.

We offer the following services:

Parcel and Post Collection Services

Never miss a delivery again. By registering with us, you can have envelopes or parcels sent to our location in Sotogrande.

We only accept parcels for registered customers and you can purchase a one off or sign up to one of our subscription plans: we offer a 30-day subscription and an annual plan for residents and regular visitors.

Please note that we will refuse parcels to non registered customers.

Please wait for our postal address to be sent to you via WhatsApp before ordering any items.

Parcel returns

If your item has been delivered to Collect Corner, we can process returns whereby the retailer offers a pick up service.

This service is very popular with our customers who order from Amazon, El Corte Inglés, Zara and many more.

We also process returns for those who have DHL return labels from any retailer. Please note that a €1 charge applies if you need us to print your label.

Keyholding

If you own a property locally, it may be useful to have a set spare of keys that can be accessed in a secure way.

Be that for guests and family or contractors that need to visit your property whilst you are away – we offer a 30-day or annual plan.

Customs Clearing Assistance

If you order any items from outside the European Union, they will likely be subject to Spanish customs fees.

We are happy to help in this slightly painful process on your behalf with Correos Aduanas or other courier companies and offer this service for a charge of €25 per shipment.

Please note that we will represent you in the process but cannot guarantee the end result (I.e if Spanish customs doesn’t accept the import of an item).

Personal Admin Assistance

More and more clients ask us to help with small matters – from reading and responding to an official letter, source items etc.

We can offer this assistance at a cost of €10 per interaction.

Passport and ETA (UK electronic travel authorisation assistance)

If you need any assistance with your passport application, please come and see us and we can help you fill in the forms.

A standard passport application has a cost of €50 for our assistance and if you require our assistance in applying for an ETA, the charge is €10 for our services.

If you would like to receive your passport at Collect Corner and are not registered with us, you can do so by organising a one off reception (which needs to be prepaid). Please note that if you are renewing a British passport, your new passport will arrive separately from your old one and any supporting documentation – and 2 one offs will be required.

Printing and Scanning

If you need to print any documents in A4, send us the subject matter via WhatsApp or email.

We charge €1 per printed page and €2 per scanned page.

Send any documents and parcels worldwide with DHL

Collect Corner Sotogrande is a DHL Express (air service) and DHL Parcel (EU road service) Service Point.

We can assist with all your shipping requirements and happy to provide a quote via WhatsApp.

Please note that by sending any items with DHL you are contracting their services and bound by their terms and conditions.

Other posting and shipping services

We now offer other postal options with different providers like Correos, Seur and others – but exclusively to Collect Corner registered clients.
