For extra piece of mind, if you forget keys in your home country (believe us, it is the most sent item to us at Collect Corner via DHL), have a friend coming to visit, have guests checking into your home, have specialist cleaners come in or want to have some renovations done, we can help.
We will hold the keys of your Spanish property in a safe place and upon request make them available to owners, visiting guests, tradesmen or anyone you designate.
When you place your keys with us, you will be sent a unique QR code which you will be able to pass on to the person you’d like to collect your key (or let us know in writing via WhatsApp or Email).
This service is also very popular with those selling their properties in the area (Sotogrande, San Roque Club, Alcaidesa etc) and have real estate agents pick up and return the keys after each viewing, so it is readily available for other agents when necessary.
Keys can be collected free of charge during our opening hours.
We understand that emergencies happen at any time and will make the keys available to you 24/7.
For pick up outside of our opening hours, a call out charge will apply as follows:
- between 7pm and 11pm on weekdays and between 2pm and 11pm on Saturdays, a call out charge of €50 will apply.
- Between 11pm and 9am and all day Sundays, a call out charge of €100 will apply.
We offer three options for this service:
- You can do a one off (and leave a set of keys for someone to collect)
- You can sign up for 30 days
- You can purchase an annual plan
