More and more clients are ordering things from outside the EU and with it comes customs charges payable to the Spanish authorities.
For those that require any assistance with the necessary clearance, we now offer this service (charged at 25 Euros per shipment).
You will typically need a NIE, proof of purchase and payment and we will liaise with the customs agent – be that Correos, DHL, UPS, Fedex or others and fill in all the necessary paperwork on your behalf.
We offer this service also to non registered customers (please note that the item will still be delivered to the address provided, not ours). As this is a virtual service, we can actually offer this service to anyone within Spain, not just Sotogrande.
For our clients, we also have a small cash kitty to cover small amounts when packages come through Correos without requiring additional paperwork.
