This plan offers excellent value for customers expecting deliveries throughout the year.
Household Use
Accounts can be shared by up to two members of the same household (two names total).
Both names must be pre-registered in our system before parcels or letters are received.
A third name can be added for €100 per year, or an additional account may be required.
Additional Parcel Movements
Additional parcel movements are charged at €1 per item.
Storage
- Standard items: 30 days storage
- XL items: 7 days storage
After this period, storage fees will apply.
To use this service, you will be required to provide a photo of a valid ID document. Our team will request this via WhatsApp or email.
