Sign up to our parcel collection service and say goodbye to missed deliveries!

Getting your parcels safely delivered to the Sotogrande area, which includes places like La Paloma, Bahia Las Rocas, Guadiaro, Torreguadiaro, San Enrique, San Roque Club, Jimena, Castellar, Tesorillo and La Alcaidesa, can be a real problem.

Either they will make you wait all day for a delivery and then cancel it last minute, or they will say you were not at home. Sometimes they will deliver to a neighbour but not tell you which one. Other times, they will throw things over your hedge or balcony. Or leave your wine by the front gate when it is 40c outside. We have all been there!

With our service, you will use our Sotogrande location as your delivery address and everything will be sent to us.

Clients can also use our Spanish phone number, which means couriers will call us. Some Spanish websites do require a Spanish phone number which many of our clients do not have, so use ours and shop away – we have you covered!

Once your parcels arrive, they will be scanned and a QR code will be sent to you and you can pick it up when it suits you. You will never have to go to random pick up points (with weird opening hours) again! It does not matter who the carrier is – all your orders will be sent to us.

We are open between 9am and 7pm (no siesta!) on weekdays and from 9am to 2pm on Saturdays.

If you have property in the area (and live abroad), you can order things prior to your arrival and have everything you need waiting for you. We will store items for up to 30 days free of charge for annual customers or until the end of your 30 day contract (storage fees apply for items left for longer). We can also keep a spare set of keys for any emergency.

Please note we do not accept perishable goods or supermarket orders. This service is not suitable for very large items (such as large furniture). If you are ordering a large item, please get in touch with us beforehand so we can do our best to make it work (extra charges may apply).

Your subscription begins on the contracted day and lasts for 30 days – it will be automatically renewed and you can cancel it any time. With a 30-day PLUS plan you can have 50 parcel movements (i.e. a combination of deliveries and returns). You will be able to receive additional packages and we will charge you 1€ per unit.

If you need a lower number of pre-contracted monthly packages, we offer the 30 Days option which allows you to receive 15 packages for 30€.

Please note that our accounts allow for a second name to the added free of charge. Any other deliveries for the household will require a second account or items will be charged at 10€ per parcel, also considered a one off.

This subscription is for personal use. Businesses are welcome to sign up to our Business 30 Days or Business 365 subscription.
